How to deal with someone who does not want your dog on the plane?
One of the most common concerns of someone who is going to travel with their dog in the passenger cabin is that they touch someone anti-dog nearby. And yes, it happens. Even though all of us who love dogs can not conceive that someone does not want them, there are people who do not enjoy having them around and you must be prepared so that neither you, nor your dog nor the other person has a bad time during the flight .
Here are some tips that can help you improve the situation and make everyone have a pleasant trip.
1. Well said frog René that you can catch more flies with sugar than with vinegar so rule number one is to be totally friendly and empathetic . It's hard to be rude to someone who treats you well. If you see a person turn their eyes or tell you something, breathe, count to 1050 and smile.

2. Talk to the flight attendants so that in case the person next to you does not want to go with you, the flight attendants can see if they can get you another place. Sure there are many people on the plane who will want to go near your dog.

3. Parents who travel with babies on the plane know very well the panicked look of people when they get close to their seats. There are some parents who have had millionaire ideas to soften even the most grumpy. You can copy your ideas and bring a bag of chocolates for all the passengers that will be near you, offer them one and explain that this is your dog's first flight so you apologize in case you make a noise.

4. Do not take it personally. There are rude people in the world, that's right. Many times it is not that they are angry but that they are anxious or that they had a bad day or that maybe the reason for their trip is not an incredible vacation. Take the things of who are coming and if someone says something about your dog, pretend that you did not hear anything. If it makes you feel more comfortable, inform the flight attendants to see if they can move you to another place or that they will take care of the other person.

5. If your dog is a dog of service or emotional support, it is better to identify it with a vest and if someone asks you what is that, kindly explain them. Many people do not know about these dogs and ignorance is sometimes disguised as anger. Take the time to explain them calmly and above all, avoid getting angry because remember that your dog is a sponge that absorbs all your emotions.

6. Be an exemplary owner. It is easier not to bother anyone if you follow the rules and do not take your dog out of the transporter. It also helps that you go freshly bathed as well so you will smell rich and if you look anxious, you can give him some chamomile tea and so he will also be calmer.
